Résumé : Synthèse et état des lieux sur les besoins utilisateurs et les réponses des fournisseurs d'ERMS. Depuis le rapport DLF ERMI, de nouveaux besoins ont été formulés par les bibliothèques : termes des licences en XML natif, base concernant les périodes d'essai d'une nouvelle ressource fusionnée dans le ERMS. Concernant les besoins consortia, Verify de VTLS semble bien ciblé. Les produits sont souvent couplés à une application SIGB mais peuvent être implémentés seuls. Quant aux dévelopements futurs, les fournisseurs vont ajouter : analyse de chevauchement, analyse du coût à l'usage. L'objectif majeur est d'intégrer les statistiques d'usage normalisées, en utilisant SUSHI, pour permettre l'import de rapports conformes aux normes Counter. L'interopérabilité est également un objectif important, notamment avec l'OPAC. XML va devenir un format standard pour les ERMS. Au-delà des ressources en ligne, l'ERMS pourra également gérer de l'info concernant des collections papier.
