Presentation of the General Assembly

The General Assembly ( AG) is composed of representatives from all member institutions from the day of their subscription on.  Each institution has one vote.

 

  • The Assembly meets at least once a year.

  • The presidency of the general assembly is carried out by the chairman of the board of directors.

  • In his absence, a chairman is elected by the Assembly. The General Assembly is convened by the chairman of the board of directors by letter or email at least two weeks in advance. The notice states the agenda and venue of the meeting.

  • The General Assembly deliberates on policy guidelines, the budget, the financial report, and the reports on activity submitted by the board.

  • It is extraordinary for the General Assembly to amend the statutes, and it must be done by the proposal of the Administration Council or by through the request of one third of the members.

  • Deliberations are taken by the majority of votes.

  • Deliberations, recorded in the minutes of the meeting, are signed by the president and circulate among all members.
